Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. I still can't boot. It shows me a bluescreen saying critical process died. Recovering my system doesn't work anymore aswell.

I login automatically so I have the spinning dots but they just freeze at some point. This isnt the first time this happened but I don't know how to fix it. I can login using safe mode but that doesn't help. I tried using a backup from the 3rd of March but that didn't help either.

On the third time, Windows 10 will automatically display 'Your PC couldn't start properly' message.
Now press Esc key for recovery options. Then under Choose an option screen, click Troubleshoot option and now click Advanced options option. Under Advanced options screen, click Startup Repair. Let us know if this helps!

Another option when you are in Advanced Options in previous step is to choose Note - You won't lose any files in this step 1.

On 'startup repair couldnt repair your pc' message page, click Advanced options option. Under Advanced options screen, click Command Prompt. Close Command Prompt and see if you can boot now.
